Delivery

  • Nairobi: free same-day delivery, confirmed with you on WhatsApp when you order.
  • Countrywide: free delivery on TVs and large appliances via SGA Courier, typically 1–2 days. Accessory-only orders pay the courier fee.
  • We confirm your delivery window on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Payment

  • Delivered, set up and switched on — then you pay by M-Pesa or cash. Inspect everything before a single shilling leaves your phone.
  • No deposits, no payment before delivery — see and check the item first.

Warranty

  • Every product carries the full 2-year manufacturer warranty, backed by the official Hisense service centre.
  • If anything goes wrong within the warranty period, we help you make the claim — you don't chase the service centre alone.

Returns

  • Arrived faulty? Report within 7 days for replacement or repair under warranty.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging for replacement claims.

Installation

  • We don't just drop it at the door — every TV comes with a free wall mount, and in Nairobi our team mounts and sets it up free of charge.
