  • What's the warranty?
    A 2-year manufacturer warranty — the full Hisense warranty. If anything goes wrong, we handle the claim with the service centre for you. Fridges carry a 10-year compressor warranty on top.
  • How does delivery work?
    Free same-day delivery within Nairobi. Countrywide via SGA Courier in 1–2 days — free for TVs and large appliances(accessory-only orders pay the courier fee).
  • When and how do I pay?
    See it working, then pay. We deliver, set up and switch it on — then you pay by M-Pesa or cash. Nothing leaves your phone before you've inspected everything.
  • Do you install it?
    Yes — every TV comes with a free wall mount, and in Nairobi our team mounts and sets it up free of charge. Outside Nairobi the wall mount is still included free.
  • What if it arrives faulty?
    Arrived faulty? Report within 7 days for a replacement or repair under warranty.
